Gallery: Song of Solomon

In developing an artistic interpretation of the poetic book of the Bible, Song of Solomon,
artist David Proeber looks to an ancient text to understand the common thread that has defined the
nature of human relationships from the dawn of time through today.

For the sojourner, the value of the text can have meaning at
many levels. Ultimately, the images in Song of Solomon can
be a light to those who seek meaning in times
when modern media has darkened the gift
of human relationships.
